At this point, let’s just call it for historical reasons.
Who am I?
I’m Chris. I tend to think of myself as a computer engineer, but these days I work as the VP of AI & Diagnostics at a large medical device manufacturer.
I have a doctorate in computer engineering and have studied a variety of topics, including: neural networks, video compression, biological modeling, micro-electromechanical systems, computational chemistry, parallel computing and Internet security. Currently, I’m interested in social issues such as wage growth, social security and social equality; as well as photography and learning to play the guitar.
